Current Opportunities (Remote)

All positions are part-time contracting roles with structured workflows, clear expectations, and training provided.

1. Project Support Assistant
Assist with coordinating tasks, preparing documents, organizing project materials, and supporting administrative operations.

2. Media & Content Support Assistant
Help organize visual assets, prepare simple media materials, and support content-related workflows in a business context (no creative directing, no marketing management).

3. Branding & Visual Communications Assistant
Assist with preparing basic visual materials and business communication assets (logos, layouts, simple graphics) used for professional documentation and organizational branding.

4. Website Content Coordinator
Support updating website text, formatting pages, and preparing content within structured guidelines (no coding or SEO execution).

5. Client Support Assistant
Assist with client documentation, professional communication, onboarding packets, and service coordination.

6. Operations Support Specialist
Provide administrative support, help organize workflows, maintain structured documentation, and assist with daily operational tasks.

Unmapped Solutions LLC is a Veteran-Owned management and marketing consulting firm specializing in administrative process support, operational documentation, business communications, and structured consulting services.

The company is led by Owner & President Joaquín Miguel Reveron, a U.S. Army Veteran and experienced management consultant with over 21 years of experience in business operations, administrative management, and strategic organizational support across multiple service industries.

From 2015 to 2024, he managed a structured business-services operation with 4–6 full-time administrative and media support staff, coordinating tasks in project management, client relations, documentation, and workflow management across multiple U.S. states and international locations, including the Philippines.

Academically, Joaquín holds dual master’s degrees in Project Management and Finance and has completed advanced Ph.D-level studies in Business Administration, with research focused on marketing, systems development, and organizational effectiveness.

This foundation of operational leadership and administrative expertise forms the core of Unmapped Solutions LLC today.
